UCM 1.8 live!

The new version comes with a number of new features:

• Realtime Collaboration
  All changes will now get distributed to your colleagues in realtime! Even when sharing new tabs they will appear instantly in the UCM.
  An integrated group chat allows you to communicate with your coworkers that have access to the same tab.
  These new features are build on top of our new event-driven realtime subsystem that will also give a better feedback when performing long lasting tasks.
  
  
• 2-way background synchronization
  You can now activate an automated background synchronization. This feature is configurable per tab and will allow you to find the perfect settings for your environment.All changes that you make in GMail or on your mobile device will now be tracked in the UCM when turning on background synchronization - even if you are not logged in.
  
  
• Rename tabs
  You can now customize the name of the tabs to match your environment.
  As this feature also takes advantage of the realtime subsystem the changes will instantly be visible to your coworkers.
